*Importance of Following Rasoolullah ﷺ*

One of the eligibility requirements of a so called progressive Muslim, as shown by conspirators against Islam and Muslims, is to make them distant from Islam; women in particular (but not only women) seem to be a major target of this plot. Through these pseudo liberal Muslims, the Islamic values are being shown as outdated, the practice of hijab a ritual, their flashy speeches based on worldly achievements are being depicted as example for Muslims to follow.  Most of these speakers generally make mockery of Islam, showcase Islamic teachings in a way which prods listeners to rebel against Islam; generally such speakers gain quick fame on stages.  Rasoolullah ﷺ did ask us to pray for successful life (on earth) and in hereafter, but surely through Islam, a beautiful religion which doesn't stop us to earn millions and live in multi-storey houses. Sayyida Khadija (ra) was the richest women in Makkah, did she leave Islam? Sayyida Fatima (ra) was declared the queen of heaven, did she aban

A Brief and Tremendous Admonition from Khaalid Ibn Safwaan That Brought Tears to Umar ibn Abdul Azeez  Purification of The Soul In The Name of Allaah, The Most Mercful, The Bestower of Mercy. Ibraaheem Ibn Adham [rahimahullaah] said: It has reached me that Umar Ibn Abdul Azeez [rahimahullaah] said to Khaalid Ibn Safwaan [rahimahullaah]: “Admonish me and be brief”; so Khaalid said: “O Leader of the believers! Indeed there are a people who have been deceived by Allaah’s concealment of (their sins, blameworthy affairs, shortcomings etc) and are put to trial by the good praise [received from the people], so let not the ignorance of others about your (real state of affairs) prevail over what you know about yourself.  May Allaah protect us and you from becoming deceived by Allaah’s concealment of [our real state of affairs], delayed and negligent in that which Allaah has obligated and inclining towards desires”.  Ibraaheem said: So he (Umar) wept and then said: “May Allaah protect us and you

Very few Muslim parents are in old age houses or abandoned by the children because of clear and strong religious instructions:

What practically bieng witnessed is that the parents who end up being in old age houses or at the mercy of others are mostly with one or two middle or lower middle class children. They chose small family earlier which later turned hostile for them at their old ages. More children ensures better options for the parents when they are old and in need. Generally when one son or daughter in law rejects parents due to any reason then other one comes to assist them. This sometimes due to responsibility towards parents but sometimes due to family rivalry. Very few Muslim parents are in old age houses or abandoned by the children because of clear and strong religious instructions for the children that they need to take care of their parents by all means, in one hand, and on the other hand, Muslim parents have more options to chose when they are old. What kind of calamity have you encountered that made you sad and live in misery?

* If you read the below incidence from sahaba's life. You will analyse how much nyamate from Allah we are enjoying: Arwah bin al-Zubayr's leg was cut off because of a disease he suffered, on the same day the dearest of his seven sons died. ¤ The dearest son to his heart died after a horse kick killed him. Arwah said: "Allahumma lakal hamd, Inna lilLahi wa inna Ilaihi raaji'un." [ Ya Allah! All thanks to You, we are from Allah and to Him is our return ] You gave me 7 sons and took one, gave me two legs & two hands but took only one leg. When Allah (SwT) besets calamities on us, He compensates us always by forgiving most of our transgressions.  When He takes away something, He always gives back better things. I ask Allah (SwT) to join all true Ummah of Rasool [SAW] together in Jannah. Days passed, on one ultimate day Arwah went to the house of the Khalifa of the time where he saw a blind old Sheikh with a damaged face. ¤ The Khalifa said:  "Oh Arwah ask thi

These, and not the sword carried everything before them and surmo

Its Hajj time: Remembering the meaning of sacrifice and sincerity:

*Peace be upon Prophet Ibraheem* Allah ordered him to take his family to a barren desert which had no inhabitants, no food, no water, and no means of provision. He didn't doubt or ponder. He obeyed. Allah ordered him to leave his wife and baby child in the blazing heat. He didn't think or doubt. He obeyed. Later on, Allāh instructed to sacrificed his child. He obeyed. You know the only thing Prophet Ibrahim's wife asked, "Was it Allah who ordered you to do this?" - That's it, she did not look at the pleasure of the world. She looked at the pleasure of Allah. She clutched onto her newborn whilst staring at an empty desert and it only increased her in conviction. You know how beloved her action was to Allah? thousands of years later, people give up everything to go to Makkah in order to imitate her and to quench their thirsts with Zam Zam - and they will be doing this until the last day. You know how accepted Sayyiduna Ibrahim's act of sincerity was? Peopl

What if Rasulullah (saw) told you, that I remember when your salam reached me, and I answered Walaykumusalam:

“Imagine…sitting with your spouse in Jannah. And then deciding what the plans would be for that day… Should we go outside, sit on our thrones, with waterfalls of milk and honey flowing beneath us? And enjoy a cup of Jannah wine, while smelling the sweet scent of Jannah musk? Should we go to the souq, the market place, and meet all of our old friends that we used to kick it off with in the dunya, and talk about what dunya was like, and how we all made it here, and how Allah (swt) bestowed His favor upon us? And then your spouse says, you know what, how about we go visit the Prophet (saw) today. And so you and your spouse, go hands in hand, walking towards the house of the Prophet (saw). You pass by the homes of Talha and Zubair (ra) and you say salaam to them. And then you go and knock on the door of the Prophet (saw) in Jannah. And lo and behold, Rasulullah (saw) opens, with a big smile on his face, and says Ahlan wa Marhaban, Welcome, and embraces you. And invites you to sit

A lot of times, its not the message itself, but how you present it, that moves hearts and changes minds:

Once, the Caliph `Umar saw a group of people around a campfire in the middle of the desert. Instead of calling out to them with the phrase, 'O people of the fire!', he chose, 'O people around a light,' to make sure that a potentially negative phrase didn't affect them. At another time, the grandsons of the Prophet (salla Allah alayhi wa sallam) saw an old man performing wudhu, but making many mistakes. Instead of berating him, they went up to him and said, 'The two of us are arguing which one has the better wudhu, and we'd like you to be the judge between us.' When he saw how perfect their wudhu was, he said, 'It is my wudhu that needs to be corrected, not yours.' A famous preacher of the last generation - during a time when there was a raging debate regarding the theological verdict of the one who abandons the prayer, is he a Muslim or not - was asked, "What is your opinion about the one who abandons the salat?" The person that as

And put your trust in Allah if you are believers indeed:

"* *THE SECURITY GUARD WAS THE FIRST TO REACT:* *"Sir, I would love to receive The Qur'an, but since I have not learned to read, the money will be more useful to me."* *THE GARDENER WAS THE SECOND TO SPEAK:* *"Sir, my wife is very sick and that's why I need more money, otherwise I would choose The Qur'an for sure!"* *THE THIRD WAS THE COOK:* *"Sir, I like reading to tell the truth, it's one of the things I like to do, but I work so hard that I never fi

Manners and etiquettes found in Turkey during the Ottoman times (Very Logical):

(Tho some of it is still prevelant, more especially in certain parts of Turkey more than others) • If there was a yellow flower in front of the window, it meant: 'there is a patient in the house, please dont make noise' • If there was a red flower in front of the window, it meant: 'there is a girl in the house who is of marriageable age, please be careful of what you are talking about when you pass by in front of the house' • When a guest came to the house, water and Turkish coffee would be offered. If the guest is hungry, he/she will drink the water first, so then judging from that, a meal will be prepared for him/her, if he/she is not hungry, he/she will have the Turkish coffee first. • The younger ones would not walk in front of the older people. The young ones will only pass the older ones if the older ones say: ''pass son, I'm walking slowly''. • When a city was built, first a Masjid (Muslim Prayer house) would be built, then the houses wo

Our religion did not stop in the face of the loss of the Beloved (ﷺ) . And similarly, our religion and spirituality does not stop at the end of Ramadan:

When the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)  passed away, it was an incredibly tragic moment that left the Ummah completely shaken. Many companions felt like there wasn’t a point in living anymore. They were frozen. They were speechless. They didn’t know how to cope. But in the face of this incredible tragedy, the biggest tragedy this Ummah will ever face, Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (rA) stands up and makes a very powerful statement — He said, “Whoever used to worship Muhammad, know that he has passed away (ﷺ) . But whoever used to worship Allah, know that Allah is Ever-Living, He never dies.” Our religion did not stop in the face of the loss of the Beloved (ﷺ) . And similarly, our religion and spirituality does not stop at the end of Ramadan because the same Allah in Ramadan, who gave us the blessed month to grow and transform is the same Allah outside of Ramadan- His doors of mercy and forgiveness are constantly open. Thus, the month of Ramadan is not the end of the journey of a believer but rather it&

Importance of Dua in Islam: (Sharing a link of duas website)

Dua  is considered very powerful in  Islam because it can change our destiny and it can be the most powerful weapon for a  Muslim  at the time of sorrow as well as joy. Why not to know the Value and  Importance of Dua in Islam  .  Dua  is the belief of all Muslims that Allah is the sole purveyor and creator of all things on earth. In the terminology of  Islam , duʿāʾ literally meaning invocation, is an act of supplication. The term is derived from an Arabic word meaning to 'call out' or to 'summon', and Muslims regard this as a profound act of worship. Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, said, “A slave becomes nearest to his Lord when he is in prostration. So increase supplications in prostrations.’’    “The supplication of every one of you will be granted if he does not get impatient and say, `I supplicated my Lord but my prayer has not been granted’. A Ramadan of Change – 26 of 30 ** A nightly appointment with an angel ** In Ramadan, the Prophet Mohammad PBUH would be blessed with a nightly appointment with angel Jibreel who’d mutually study with him the Qur’an. Describing this and its effects, Ibnu ‘Abbaas said: كَانَ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - أجْوَدَ النَّاسِ، وَكَانَ أجْوَدَ مَا يَكُونُ في رَمَضَانَ حِيْنَ يَلْقَاهُ جِبْريلُ، وَكَانَ جِبْريلُ يَلْقَاهُ في كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَيُدَارِسُهُ القُرْآنَ، فَلَرَسُولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - حِيْنَ يَلْقَاهُ جِبرِيلُ أجْوَدُ بالخَيْرِ مِن الرِّيحِ المُرْسَلَةِ "The Messenger of Allah was the most generous of people, and he was most generous in Ramadan when Jibril would meet him. He'd meet him every night during  Ramadan and study the Quran with him. When Jibreel would meet him, the Messenger of Allah was more generous in doing good than the blowing wind." (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) The greater the dosage of Qur’an, the greater the generosity of th

On your face that beautiful smile of a martyr (Shaheed):

Assalamualaikum , I have collected a poem for this blog. As I started reading, it seemed like it's written for my grandmother. She was a person whom I cannot compare with anybody. She was a real gem. Dedicated to My Pious Grand mother (Ammi Jan). ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Your words as wise as you were Your love so pure Your anger a hidden lesson Your talk that i miss, you were a home to me. My heart always longed to meet you. As Months pass by, I never expected that I will see you wrapped in white Your soul back to the creator As your body lie before us On your face that beautiful smile of a martyr. You died the way you wanted Your death I heard was so painful, But yet your face appeared peaceful The moment I saw you All your words flashed by me Its quite a little time since you left the world. Your words are engraved in my heart. In a short period of time you gave value of life Made me strong Showed me to be happy with all that I have Showed me to pray Taught me the s

A Ramadan of Change – 19 of 30 ** Don’t mock them ** As we edge closer to the last 10 nights of Ramadan, the Masjid will begin filling up again, and you may hear some protesting: "Those Ramadan Muslims! They came to the Masjid during the first week of Ramadan only then to disappear soon after, and now they show up?!" Such words are chilling signs of an inner illness that resides within the heart of such a person, an illness that can single-handedly ruin a lifetime’s worth of good deeds; = Self-admiration. Don’t put it past yourself. What is fasting, charity, recitation of Qur’an, prayer in congregation and a flawless Hijaab when tarnished with self-admiration? Even a trace of its poison is sufficient to tear down years worth of good deeds, hence our predecessors were afraid! As for Abu Bakr, the number one companion, the closest to the Prophet PBUH and one who’d been promised paradise during his very lifetime over and over again, he would say: لوددت أني كنت شعرة في جن

A beautiful dua which covers many aspects of our needs of here and hereafter:

Ya Rabb, make me sincere in this dua. Please grant me a death with the shahadah on my tongue. Grant me Husn al Dhan billah (good expectations from Allah) Expand my grave for me and illuminate it with light. Preserve my record in Illiyeen. Lighten for me the questioning of the grave. Grant me death in a state of Ibadah, that is most pleasing to You and resurrect me in the same state. Keep me free from fear, anxiety a
