A child doesn’t break loudly. It happens quietly:

 - Be honest with yourself for a moment… When you see a child struggling… angry… insecure… constantly seeking attention… do you ever stop and ask, what did they grow up around? Who was present… and who wasn’t? Who listened… and who dismissed? Who loved… and who controlled? The Prophet ﷺ didn’t just speak about worship… he spoke about responsibility. كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ Each of you is responsible… and each of you will be questioned. And Allah didn’t say fix the world. He said protect your families. قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا This is where it begins. A child doesn’t break loudly. It happens quietly… in the way they start doubting themselves… in the way they stop feeling safe… in the way they look for love in the wrong places. So ask yourself… What is your home producing? Because one day… your child will become someone’s spouse… someone’s parent… someone who shapes the world. And whatever you planted… will not stay inside your home. Source...

Grant our sisters pious husbands:

 - Sisters don't seek a husband who can lift heavy weights Look for the one strong enough to lift his blanket & leave his bed at Fajr time Because if he remembers his duty to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎   He will always remember his duty towards his wife in shaa Allah  May Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎  grant our sisters pious husbands... Why are our young generation being so impatient, why aint there mutual understanding in marriages these days:

 - An eye opener!  Recently in sunday's siasat newspaper someone gave an ad for second marriage as he lost his wife last year. Hundreds of proposals received in 2 days..But it was extremely shocking and sad that 99% proposals came from girls who took khula from their previous marriage and all of them were highly qualified girls..some being post graduates, mbbs, mtech, btech, Bed, Med etc. Not a single proposal came from from uneducated girls. Wonder as to why is this happening! Girls are taking khula within a year of marriage..Is this the impact of education? Is being highly educated making them ultimately incompatible for marriage. And marrying someone who is beneath them in terms of educational credentials leads to ego clashes...some of these girls were single after 7 years of khula, some since 5 years while others 3 years..Its extremely pathetic that this is happening in muslim society, why are our young generation being so impatient, why aint there mutual understanding in ...

It is one of the rights of our children that we treat them equally:

 - *...AN IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR PARENTS...* *Favoritism among Chîldrēn….an Injustice indeed* “My brother is the only one in the house who gets any attention. He always gets Ēverything he wants!” “My Dad prefers our oldest sister to the rest of us. He always praises her, and no matter what good we do, he never appreciates it!” This is a common problem that we see among many Muslim households today. And that is the problem of favoritism among Chîldrēn. Parents may show their favoritism for many reasons. Favoritism could be shown to the oldest or the youngest. It could be a preference of a son over a Đaughter or the preference of a Chîld more beautiful than the other or simply for no apparent reason at all. Favoritism comes in many ways. It could be in the form of showing more affection to a child, or excessive praise of one to the neglect of others, giving gifts to one Chîld only or giving better, more expensive gifts to one Chîld in preference to others. It can even be favoritism b...

Woman who respects her husband and speaks with softness and wisdom, and in turn he will love her and never leave her:

 - Stubborn Women are Failures. Written by Amina Al-Harbi, social consultant Stubborn women fail in their marriages, and even in their relationships with relatives. Women who lack emotional intelligence and flexibility in dealing with people around them, are the biggest failures in their marriages and their lives. Why? 1- She enters into an egoistic tug of war with her husband, and prefers the voice of her ego to try to overcome him, and in fact she fails before the ego of her husband and the ego of those who are around her, because men become more stubborn in front of a stubborn wife and stubborn sister, and they become more gentle in front of a submissive woman. 2- A headstrong woman thinks that she can win while insisting on her opinion, and she can stand in front of any opposition. She forgets that even if she wins by her obstinacy in her opinion and stand,  she loses the heart that was loving her and caring for her. 3- Many narrations and wise proverbs in all the cultures...

9 points for a parent: *A discussion with a parent, whose child is progressing extremely well with his Hifdh*

*A discussion with a parent, whose child is progressing extremely well with his Hifdh* Recently, I asked a parent on some of the things he has been doing, in order to ensure that his son does well with his Hifdh; in fact the child has completed about 10 Juz this year alone, Alhamdulillah. I intend sharing this with parents, so that Insha’Allah we can all learn, benefit, and try to implement these avenues of success for our Hifdh learners. The parents reply will be metioned in point form: 1. I feed my child Halaal. I ensure that I do not earn interest or any HARAAM earnings which will impact the sustenance which my child is fed with. This has a direct impact on the Imaan for the child. 2. I have removed the TV from the house, to ensure my child cannot see Haraam, moreover, my child does not have a cellphone, which he can use to see and listen to Haraam. The Noor of the Quran and Haraam cannot go in the same heart. He is not allowed to use devices where he may watch YouTube videos e...

Father's role in parenting:

*Parenting Tips* 🌹🍃🌹🍃🌹🍃🌹🍃 *Oh fathers! Be righteous:* 🤲Be A Righteous Father صالح باپ بنیں!  ۔ وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا {سرة الكهف، 82} اور ان کا باپ ایک صالح آدمی تھا۔ *“and their father was a righteous man” (Al-Kahf:82)* Abdullah ibn Mas’ūd (may Allāh be pleased with him), used to pray at night and would see his small child sleeping then he would say, *“this is for your bright future”* and whilst crying would recite: عبداللہ ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ ، رات کو نماز پڑھتے تھے اور اپنے چھوٹے بچے کو سوتے ہوئے دیکھتے تھے ، تب وہ کہتے تھے ، "یہ آپ کے روشن مستقبل کے لیے ہے"  اور روتے ہوئے یہ آیت پڑھتے: وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا اور ان کا باپ ایک صالح آدمی تھا۔ “And their father was righteous”  (Al-Kahf:82) lbn Abbās (may Allāh be pleased with him) said: *“They were protected by the righteousness of their father.”* ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنھم نے فرمایا " وہ اپنے والد کی صداقت کی وجہ سے محفوظ کرلیے گئے"۔ Saeed lbnul Musayb said: *“I pray, then when I remember my chil...

Some of the traditional methods of raising children in Tarim (Yemen):

*Raising children* Some of the traditional methods of raising children in Tarim (Yemen). This is really beautiful. Women expecting children would ensure every morsel going into their mouths was halal. Breastfeeding mothers would repeatedly recite Ayah al-Kursi, Surah al-Falaq, Surah al-Nas and du'as of protection over their babies. When a child first began to speak it would be taught to say: رَضِيتُ بِاللهِ رَبّاً، وبِالإِسْلامِ دِيناً، و بسيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَبِيَّاً ورَسُولاً ‘I am content with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with our Master Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet and Messenger.’ Parents would teach their children the importance of making good intentions and what intentions to make just as they would teach them how to recite Surat al-Fatiha. Parents would teach their children to call upon Allah in every situation. If a child asked for something, his parents would tell him to perform wudu, pray two rak'ats and then ask Allah to fulfil his...

A MOTHER'S ADVICE TO HER DAUGHTER BEFORE MARRIAGE:

A MOTHER'S ADVICE TO HER DAUGHTER BEFORE MARRIAGE ⠀ Oh my dear daughter, take from me these ten qualities; they will be for you a stored treasure and a reminder: ⠀ One: Accompany him with contentment and live with him in a good manner ⠀ Two: Listen to him and obey him ⠀ Three and four: Take care of his eyes and take care of his nose, so do not let him see anything ugly from you and only let him smell pleasant smells from you. Kohl is the best beautification while water is the sweetest of the rare perfumes ⠀ Five and six: Pay attention to his meal times and be quiet during his sleep moments, because the heat of hunger is like a burning flame and disturbing his sleep will anger him ⠀ Seven and eight: Take care of his home and his wealth and look over him, his servants, and his children. Protecting his wealth shows good judgement, while watching over his servants and children shows good management ⠀ Nine and ten: Do not expose his secrets and do not disobey his command. If you expose ...

Allah willed a righteous spouse based on Niyah, Du'a and belief in qadr of Allah:

I would interpret this as Choosing Wisely and equating it to "Tying the camel". Yes, The Qur'an says: “Women of purity are for men of purity, and men of purity are for women of purity.” (24:26) and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “A woman may be married for four reasons: for her property, for her rank, for her beauty, and for her religion (and character), so marry the one who is best in the religion and character and prosper.” (Bukhari) So yes, we must choose well but ultimately it comes down to Niyah, Du'a and belief in Qadr of Allah. This is the only equation that leads anywhere worthwhile. This is also hikmah. For a person who lacks hikmah will not understand the need for this.  A long long time ago, when it was my turn to "tie the knot" I am sure that I would have messed up, if Allah has not taken charge and willed for me the partner I have today. Alhamdulillah! But here is where I say there is more to this....this is a THREE part series. Allah willed a ri...

Love Your 'Own Beautiful Wife':

*●Don’t shout* at your wife when you are talking. It really hurts her. *●Do not share* her love or affection with another woman. It is called Adultery. *●Never compare* your wife to another woman. If the other woman was good for you, God would have given her to you. *●Be gentle* and accommodating. She has sacrificed so much to be with you. It hurts her deeply when you are hash and humiliating. Be tender. *●Hide nothing* from her. You are now one and she’s your soulmate. Let there be no secret you are keeping from her. *●Do not make* negative comment about her body. She risked her life and beauty to carry your babies. She is a living soul not just flesh and blood. *●Do not let* her body determine her worth. Cherish and appreciate her even till old age. *●Never shout* at her in the public and in private. If you have an issue to sort with her, do it in the privacy of your room. *●Thank and appreciate* her for taking...
