Spend and do not be afraid of a decrease from the Owner of the Throne:

-  "A man asked his friend: Are you not afraid when you give money to the poor that the crisis is prolonged..and you may need this money ? I expected the response would be: “Charity does not decrease wealth” or " Spend and I shall spend on you.’”   But the answer was new to me. He said with full confidence: The spenders are like martyrs.. "They shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve."  So I searched in the Noble Qur’an for the validity of this saying, and found that "there is no fear for them, nor do they grieve" was indeed mentioned in reference to both the Martyrs and Spenders.  It was mentioned twice towards the spenders in Surat Al-Baqarah.  Those who spend their wealth in charity day and night, secretly and openly—their reward is with their Lord, and there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve. Education for the sake of aakhirah rather than dunya:

 - If the parent is not thoroughly educated with the right understanding of Islam, he would always prefer dunya over deen for his children, he would force education on him for the sake of dunya rather than aakhirah his worries over this dunya will show and set the mindset of his children, that, what really matters is here and not hereafter, his choices, his preferences, his associations, his respect of people of dunya, his choices of attire... everything builds the mindset of the child. When the child turns conscious, he will work on what is set. Each home faces this problem.  Thabiyeen and the thab e thabiyeen brought in the greatest contribution to Islam in every aspect of knowledge and deen because the sahabah made their home their first madrassah. Gave them the right mindset. Guided them till death (not for a short while). Corrected them, made them ready when they were kids, taught them never to love dunya and beautified in them the love of *meeting their lord* smiling and ready.
