This is Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), the philosopher, the orator, the prophet, the law-giver, the warrior, the enchanter of human thoughts:

*Rasoolullah ﷺ in the eyes of non-muslims* “Was Muhammad a false prophet? We cannot think so after studying his works and history. For false prophethood means hypocrisy. A falsehood does not have the power of trueness, likewise hypocrisy does not have convincing power. Muhammad’s (ﷺ) life, his efforts, his courage in attacking and destroying the superstitions and idols in the country; his bravery and valor in standing against the fury of a fire-worshipping nation; his thirteen year endurance to the various attacks, insults and persecutions inflicted on him in Makkah, among his own citizens; his migration to Medina; his incessant encouragements, preaches and admonitions; the holy wars he fought against overwhelmingly superior enemy forces; his spirit for victory; the superhuman confidence he felt at times of greatest afflictions; the patience and trust he displayed even in victory; the determination he showed in convincing others; his endless devotion in worships; his sacred communings

Being mindful of what we say is very important:

*Learnings through Seerah - Usage of Tongue/Language* Once Rasoolullah ﷺ visited a sick person. Looking at the sickness of the patient, He ﷺ was in tears. He then said: "Allah does not punish because of tears, nor because of grief, but he punishes because of this" & he pointed out his tongue. (Al-Bukhari).  Being mindful of what we say is very important. This is the very reason Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiqؓ  used to keep (small) stones in his mouth to refrain himself from unwanted speaking. We speak but hurt people without knowing how much of Allah's anger and wrath we are entitling ourselves to. May we all use our tongues softly and mind our language thoroughly. Suicide: what Qur'an and Hadith says-

*#Suicide* *#NeverEver* *➨ QURAN 4:29* And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful. *► PROPHET MUHAMMAD (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:* If somebody commits suicide with anything in this world, he will be tortured with that very thing on the Day of Resurrection (SAHIH BUKHARI Hadith #6047) *► PROPHET MUHAMMAD (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:* Amongst the nations before you there was a man who got a wound, and growing impatient (with its pain), he took a knife and cut his hand with it and the blood did not stop till he died. Allah said, 'My Slave hurried to bring death upon himself so I have forbidden him (to enter) Paradise.'  (SAHIH BUKHARI Hadith #3463) *► PROPHET MUHAMMAD (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:* 1) Whoever purposely throws himself from a mountain and kills himself, will be in the (Hell) Fire falling down into it and abiding therein perpetually forever; and 2) Whoever drinks poison and kills himself with it, he will be carrying his poison in hi

Rasoolullah's ﷺ Shoes and Leather Socks:

Rasoolullah (ﷺ) wore shoes like sandals or slippers. Rasoolullah (ﷺ) also wore black leather socks and during Wadhu passed his moist hanks over them (made Masah). His shoes had two straps between the toes (Uswah: Mirqaat). There was a strap at the back as well. The Shoes of Rasoolullah (ﷺ) were one span and two fingers long and 7 fingers wide; there was a space of two fingers between the two straps at the toe end (Uswah) Rasoolullah (ﷺ)used to wear shoes made of leather that was smooth after the removal of the animal hair, and after wadhu He would place his feet into them because they were pure and made in such a way that his toes would thouch the ground. (Uswah) Rasoolullah (ﷺ) also wore shoes made of smooth leather. (Mishkaat) Rasoolullah (ﷺ) would would grip his shoes with his left thumb and index finger. (Shamaail Tirmidhi) Hazrat Anas (Radiallahhu’ anhu) narrates that from the sunnah is that one should remove his shoes and place them to the left side when sitting. (Mishkaat) Sourc

Invitation of Islam to Heraclius, The Emperor of Byzantine:

Hadith on Invitation of Islam to Heraclius, The Emperor of Byzantine Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas: Abu Sufyan bin Harb informed me that Heraclius had sent a messenger to him while he had been accompanying a caravan from Quraish. They were merchants doing business in Sham (Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan), at the time when Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had truce with Abu Sufyan and Quraish infidels. So Abu Sufyan and his companions went to Heraclius at Ilya (Jerusalem). Heraclius called them in the court and he had all the senior Roman dignitaries around him. He called for his translator who, translating Heraclius's question said to them, "Who amongst you is closely related to that man who claims to be a Prophet?" Abu Sufyan replied, "I am the nearest relative to him (amongst the group)."  Heraclius said, "Bring him (Abu Sufyan) close to me and make his companions stand behind him." Abu Sufyan added, Heraclius told his translator to tell my co

#Blacklivesmatter- What did the islamic teaching advocate on this matter:

#Blacklivesmatter The below piece is a part of the last sermon of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: 'All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black, nor a black has any superiority over a white- except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim, which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefor, do injustice to yourselves'. Allah willed a righteous spouse based on Niyah, Du'a and belief in qadr of Allah:

I would interpret this as Choosing Wisely and equating it to "Tying the camel". Yes, The Qur'an says: “Women of purity are for men of purity, and men of purity are for women of purity.” (24:26) and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “A woman may be married for four reasons: for her property, for her rank, for her beauty, and for her religion (and character), so marry the one who is best in the religion and character and prosper.” (Bukhari) So yes, we must choose well but ultimately it comes down to Niyah, Du'a and belief in Qadr of Allah. This is the only equation that leads anywhere worthwhile. This is also hikmah. For a person who lacks hikmah will not understand the need for this.  A long long time ago, when it was my turn to "tie the knot" I am sure that I would have messed up, if Allah has not taken charge and willed for me the partner I have today. Alhamdulillah! But here is where I say there is more to this....this is a THREE part series. Allah willed a ri

At least one of your child would have been capable to request for mercy for yourself on the day of judgement:

POINT TO PONDER All parents wish their children to study in english medium schools to enable them achieve better education. Fine, please do so... but remember that this is only an area of life to enable earn halal livelihood.  However, this is not the objective of the life. Why you don't consider teaching your children Arabic language just like they are encouraged to learn english language. Why is that your children are not keen to read the translation of Quran Majeed. Isn't it justified that the Quran Majeed is read and understood by our children. O mother, you support the idea of an equal balance between faith and facts.  O father, you love the philosophy of a balanced life between both worlds. Yet, you have five children and all of them are attending colleges... none of them is studying hadeeth at madrassah or tafsir of holy Quran at madrassah. O mother, why you never yearn to have a child who would carry the holy Quran... and memorize the holy hadeeth of dear Nabiﷺ... and p

Revive Sunnah: Early to bed, early to rise!

Early to bed and early to rise are habits taught by the Messenger Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Those who unnecessarily or habitually delay going to bed may not realise the harm to their mental, physical, spiritual & social well being. Similarly those who get up very late each day, allowing laziness to overpower them would have their share of obstacles & negativities as a result. Once this becomes a habit, it can lead to the break up of marriages, feuds within the families, flaring of tempers, loss of income, failure at school or work, loss of concentration, a constant lethargic feeling and becoming an irritation to those we live with. It can also cause deep unexplained discontentment, sadness or even put us into a depressive mode. Source: Received through WhatsApp message.
