Abu Hurairah(ra) narrated that the Messenger of Allah(sa) said : "Charity does not diminish wealth. Allah does not increase a man in anything for his pardoning (others) but in honour, and none humbles himself for Allah but Allah raises him". (Tirmidhi V4 H2029)

Allah blesses acts of alms giving and charity and makes them the cause of increases in wealth rather than decrease in it. Similarly, the act of forgiving and pardoning a wrong doer from a position of strength is the cause of increase in a man's honour and prestige.

ALWAYS LOOK AT THE GOOD IN OTHERS. . .

There are no automatic passports to Jannah.

A person earned the favor of Jannah just by quenching the thirst of a dog, another earned it by just forgiving everyone daily before going to bed.

They had nothing much to show, but what they did, mattered to Allah.

Someone may walk through the gates of Jannah with very little, regardless of how unimportant people considered him to be on earth, while others with far greater deeds perish because of their arrogance and pride.

Don't be surprised if that person leads you in walking through the gates of Jannah.

A piece of advice to our brothers and sisters especially in these times, read and ponder over the story of Prophet Ayyoob (عليه السلام). He had good health, big family, then he was tried with sickness and poverty for 18 years! And the loss of his family except his wife. "And (remember) Ayyoob, when he cried to his Lord: "Verily, distress has seized me,& You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy.
