*Oh fathers! Be righteous:*
🤲Be A Righteous Father
صالح باپ بنیں!
۔ وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا {سرة الكهف، 82}
اور ان کا باپ ایک صالح آدمی تھا۔
*“and their father was a righteous man” (Al-Kahf:82)*
Abdullah ibn Mas’ūd (may Allāh be pleased with him), used to pray at night and would see his small child sleeping then he would say, *“this is for your bright future”* and whilst crying would recite:
عبداللہ ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ ، رات کو نماز پڑھتے تھے اور اپنے چھوٹے بچے کو سوتے ہوئے دیکھتے تھے ، تب وہ کہتے تھے ، "یہ آپ کے روشن مستقبل کے لیے ہے"
اور روتے ہوئے یہ آیت پڑھتے:
وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا
اور ان کا باپ ایک صالح آدمی تھا۔
“And their father was righteous”
(Al-Kahf:82)
lbn Abbās (may Allāh be pleased with him) said: *“They were protected by the righteousness of their father.”*
ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنھم نے فرمایا " وہ اپنے والد کی صداقت کی وجہ سے محفوظ کرلیے گئے"۔
Saeed lbnul Musayb said: *“I pray, then when I remember my child, I increase in my prayers"*
سعید ابن مصیب نے فرمایا:
میں نماز پڑھتا ہعں، پھر جب مجھے اپنی اولاد کا خیال آتا ہے، تو میں زیادہ عبادت کرتا ہوں۔
