- Traditionally Golden Age of Islam dated from the 8th century CE to the 14th century CE.

This age saw scientific advances in many core areas which we see in our day to day life today. Muslim scholars/Scientists advanced the fields of algebra, calculus, geometry, chemistry, biology, medicine, and astronomy.

Many forms of art flourished during the Islamic Golden Age, including ceramics, metalwork, textiles, illuminated manuscripts, woodwork, and calligraphy.

'Hauna' word's use in Quran:

- There is a preschooling curriculum which is named as 'Hauna'. This word is taken from Holy Qur'an. Below is a brief explaination about meaning of the word 'Hauna'. Hauna can be understood as 'Humble', 'Humility' 'Gentle'. Dr. Salaam Musheer - An institution-builder, he was a beacon of light for scores of social workers.

- Dr. Salaam Musheer, noted social worker and former professor of the Bishop Cotton Women’s College in Bengaluru died this morning (May 3, 2021) after a short tenure in a hospital. He died of Covid.
