*Peace be upon Prophet Ibraheem*
Allah ordered him to take his family to a barren desert which had no inhabitants, no food, no water, and no means of provision. He didn't doubt or ponder. He obeyed. Allah ordered him to leave his wife and baby child in the blazing heat. He didn't think or doubt. He obeyed. Later on, Allāh instructed to sacrificed his child. He obeyed.
You know the only thing Prophet Ibrahim's wife asked, "Was it Allah who ordered you to do this?" - That's it, she did not look at the pleasure of the world. She looked at the pleasure of Allah. She clutched onto her newborn whilst staring at an empty desert and it only increased her in conviction. You know how beloved her action was to Allah? thousands of years later, people give up everything to go to Makkah in order to imitate her and to quench their thirsts with Zam Zam - and they will be doing this until the last day. You know how accepted Sayyiduna Ibrahim's act of sincerity was? People will be making sacrifices until the end of the world.
During the building of the Ka'bah with his child, Allah ordered him call mankind. He asked, "Who shall hear me?" and it was said, "You announce it and We shall bring the people!" and today, millions of people from every corner of the world - people of all colours, nationalities and languages stand united chanting Labbayk due to that one call from a totally sincere heart which had complete certitude in Allāh. The journey started in a desert with no food and provision - and now there isn't a fruit, a food, a drink, or a thing from any part of the world except it is found in Makkah. That's the power of having faith in Allāh. That's the strength of a family unit which is all tuned in to the remembrance of Allah. عليهم السلام
